Young women urged to join Miss International Laos 2022 pageant

The organisers of Miss International Laos 2022 are calling on young women to join the pageant, the winner of which will represent the country in a contest to be held in Japan.
Applications for the pageant will be accepted from now till September 5.
Young women who like being on stage and are interested in participating in Miss International 2022 can apply for the fourth edition of Miss International Laos. The winner will represent Laos at the 60th Miss International contest in Japan.
The winner of Miss International Laos will also receive an educational scholarship from Japan and the United States of America for two years.
Young women who apply for the pageant must be Lao nationals aged between 18 years and 27 years, and at least 165 cm tall.
They must be unmarried, from a good background and have graduated from secondary school. They should speak English and be confident and daring about showcasing their abilities on stage.

They also have to record short video presentations in Lao and English, lasting three to five minutes, in which they have to state they want to be Miss International Laos 2022.
